As part of its efforts to commemorate the activities of the British garrison in Halifax in the mid-19th century and to contribute to the cultural life of Halifax, Nova Scotia and Canada, the Halifax Citadel Regimental Association runs a number of music-based activities, which consist of the following elements:

School of Piping and Drumming
The School of Piping and Drumming offers year-round instruction in piping and drumming for all levels of playing proficiency.
Ghost
Tours
We are happy to provide a private guide for your group at any time of the year. Begining at sunset, the guide will dedicate 70 minutes to introducing your group to the side of Citadel Hill rarely shared with visitors.
