Bruce Gandy,  Head Piping Instructor
A native of Victoria, British Columbia Bruce is well-known internationally for his competitive success having most recently won the Gold Medal for Piobaireachd at Inverness. Besides being a first-class competitor, Bruce is also a prolific composer, having published three collections of pipe music to date, and has many recordings as a soloist and band member to his credit.

Roderick MacLean, Chief Administrator/Piping Instructor
Pipe-Major of the grade one ranked 78th Highlanders (Halifax Citadel) Pipe Band, Roderick has been active in solo and band competition for twenty years.

Liz Drury, Piping Instructor
Liz comes to us with thirteen years of teaching experience and an Intermediate Certificate and Teaching Certificate from the Institute of Piping.  She also holds a BA in Teaching and Learning.  Liz has thirteen years of experience with Grade I pipe bands as both a member and leader including Pipe Major of the Canterbury Caledonia Pipe Band in her native New Zealand.  She currently plays with the Grade I 78th Highlanders Halifax Citadel Pipe Band.
